The MBA Collaborative Alumni Angel Group (CAAG) Washington, D.C. is a not-for-profit non-stock corporation incorporated in Maryland. CAAG serves both experienced and novice angel investors who are alumni of the leading business schools and other angel investors by invitation. We collaborate on identifying promising entrepreneurial ventures, evaluating investment prospects, mentoring prospects, negotiating term sheets, investing (individually or in teams) and actively monitoring and guiding the resulting investments. We invest both collaboratively, through CAAG special purpose corporations (enabling individuals to invest as little as $5,000), and/or independently.

Join CAAG as an investor:
Investor members receive invitations to: attend pitch forums, register for member-only meetings, participate on committees and collaborative group investments. There are tiers available for the individual investor, as well as opportunities for organizations or companies to sponsor CAAG and receive recognition of the sponsorship.
Join CAAG as an entrepreneur:
Founders who join receive eligibility to present at CAAG meetings upon the CAAG Board approving the company. Past presenters can attend future events to learn, network and promote investment in their venture.
